The Procuring Cause Debate (and a whole lot of finger pointing)

I have been engaged in a blog thread for about 45 days now via Redfin.com and their ‘Hall of Shame’ blog category.
I was initially drawn to the title of the blog as it is similar to our ‘Black List’…which was supposed to be called ‘Swindlers List’, but alas, well paid (aren’t they all) legal counsel advised against the name for good reasons I’m sure.

Anyway, I initially threw out some blunt opinions and support for the Category. An e-Book later we are still going at it. If you are looking for an interesting read, and it is a read, check it out Here.

Some pretty funny and revealing content on how Realtors think. The NAR hands out some pretty potent kool-aid for it’s disciples to drink. I think Jim Jones was a Realtor…..

Just so you know…we don’t all drink the Kool-Aid. Some of us are doing our best to hand the cup right back to our misguided leaders.

Here’s a link, relative to realtor procuring cause-the issue you were discussing on the Redin blog- that your readers may find to be of interest:

I also plan on resurrecting the procuring cause discussion on the Redfin site and will eventually, as soon as I manage to get my blog architecture set up, will be posting plenty of information about the scam of procuring cause there, too.
