(with the exception of the open listing thing, we're still able to get primarily exclusives and not alienate ourselves from the buyers). I agree with the attitude to run with. The agents who hide their listings from each other, and run with a scarcity mentality end up earning not much more than a McDonalds cashier, whereas the ones with an abundance and giving mentality earn hundreds of thousands a year. I do have to disagree however with taking your photo off of the first page of your website/business card. People want to know who they are dealing with; although it is important to keep it up-to-date and real. 30 year old photos of oneself is a major error. When agents don't have a photo, the click thru rate would be higher since they are looking for their photo! Great article.
