		<description>I agree with the buyer financing the buyer's side, however it would turn out with buyer's negotiating that the buyer agent be paid out of proceeds from the sale, and the  listing agent charging the seller with a lower commission on the listing side, but it would delineate the representation better.</description>

Now, let's debate something which we might be able to resolve in our lifetimes: How many angels can dance on the head of a pin?</description>
