		<description>Yes, I agree. This is most likely just another excuse for the banks later on to declare that all of these programs have not helped the situation. Then, they'll be able to request more federal government bailouts, courtesy of Federal Reserve inflation at the expense of the very people these programs were supposed to help. Hope, lifelines, and free money for the banks, homelessness for their victims.</description>

		<description>This is all focused on getting incumbents back to Washington for another round of circle jerk.  They are stalling to get through the election, praying that Bernanke will provide enough grease  to get to mid Nov. before the rest of the credit derivatives (credit cards, auto loans, etc) start imploding.

I wonder what the life line for an Escalade borrower looks like-drive an extra year with no payments before we repo?

If Hilary becomes president, does BJ Clinton get to join the circle jerk?  Will McCain need Viagra to play? Inquiring minds want to know.</description>
