Great business plan. I still have a lot of tech anxiety though. My website is exactly what you say not to have. Any directions on where to look for a blog based platform for a neophyte like me? Thanks

X-broker said: "Repeat after me…”I cannot make $10,000( ) on a single loan anymore”

You couldn't be more right. The amazing thing is even after all of the negative publicity brokers have received they still don't seem to get it. Most brokers are still trying to push loans through with exorbitant fees.

Gosh, I like you.

No, you can't make $10k on a loan.

You need a plan that works if the revenue is cut back to $1500. Total. incuding processing. Yes, I get a $10k loan a couple times a quarter.

Another one:

Price everything on a revenue neutral basis, to the best interests of the customer.

That's what I do now, but I add in a $700 fee if they or their realtor is an a-hole.
