		<description>I like your post. I had made mention of the Option ARM as well. It's great for some, horrible for others. Unfortuntately, it's those brokers out there that are looking for a "quick buck" that are ruining this program for borrowers. I can't tell you how many times I've run into a client who's on fixed income who was put into an Option ARM because that's the only way the broker could get her into the $600K house. Education is the key.
