		<description>Great information. i wish i would have found this before I bought my house. I think some of the problem here is that people do not now that there is all this underlying information. We are used to paying the sticker price and not negotiating. Since we do not normally negotiate we do not arm ourselves with relevant information.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Also, i think that most people think that the mortgage industry is regulated and that mortgage brokers are looking out for your best interest. They do not understand that the mortgage broker is really working to get the best deal for themselves.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;We tend to trust when we should not.</description>
